Cancellation Policy

11. Cancellations: * Once the booking is scheduled and the deposit is paid there are no refunds on the deposit unless the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking. The deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours (less a credit card processing fee). *Any cancellation beyond the 48 hours after booking the deposit is non-refundable. *Any cancellation from the date of booking to (30 days) prior to the scheduled party shall result in an additional $25.00 cancellation fee, on top of the party deposit. In addition party renter also forfeits any future benefits from the non-refundable security deposit. *If the cancellation is 29 -14 days prior to the scheduled party this will result in the fees outlined here: Acorn Adventure- $50 Forest Friends Fiesta- $75 Enchanted Grove Extravaganza-$100 In addition, Private Party Renter also forfeits any future benefits from the non-refundable security deposit. **If the cancellation within 7 days prior to the scheduled party this will result in the fees outlined here: Acorn Adventure- $75 Forest Friends Fiesta- $125 Enchanted Grove Extravaganza- $225(Plus any costs already incurred by Play D8 for food or other items that have been purchased and expire) In addition, Private Party Renter also forfeits any future benefits from the non-refundable security deposit. Date Changes- After the booking if you would like to change your date or time there will be an additional fee added to the total due for the party as outlined below: *Within 48 hours of booking - No Fee *72 hours of booking to 30 days prior to the original date- $25 *29-14 Days prior to the original booking date- $35 *Anytime after 7 Days prior to the original booking date: • Acorn Adventure $40 • Forest Friends Fiesta $50 • Enchanted Grove Extravaganza $75 (Plus any costs already already incurred by Play D8 for food or other items that have been purchased and expire)
